The RepairBank™

The RepairBank™ is a savings and incentive program designed to help CarrierDispatching.com drivers prepare for vehicle repairs and maintenance costs. By contributing to their Maintenance Bank account, drivers can receive matching funds that grow over time and provide support when repair needs arise.

Eligibility Requirements

– Must have been actively dispatched through CarrierDispatching.com for at least 1.75 consecutive quarters.
– OR must have completed 69 successfully dispatched loads (whichever comes first)
– Must maintain good standing in the Fuel Buddy incentive program

Matching Contributions

CarrierDispatching.com will match driver contributions as follows:
– Standard Match: $0.50 per $1.00 contributed by the driver (Total Value = $1.50)
– Veterans Match: $0.75 per $1.00 contributed (Total Value = $1.75)
– Matches are calculated and applied quarterly

Fund Access & Usage

– Funds must be used specifically for truck maintenance or repairs
– Withdrawals require documentation such as repair invoices or service estimates
– Unused funds roll over quarterly and annually

How to Get Started

Once you meet the eligibility requirements, you’ll receive an invitation to enroll in the Maintenance Bank Program. Contributions can be made monthly or quarterly, and matching funds will be applied automatically.

RNR™ (Rest & Relaxation Program)

The Rest & Relaxation Program (RNR™) is an exclusive benefit designed to reward long-term, high-performing drivers with the opportunity to earn paid time off. By contributing to a dedicated PTO account, drivers can build funds toward future time off while continuing to receive financial support during their rest periods.

Eligibility Requirements

– Must be actively dispatched through CarrierDispatching.com for at least 3.5 consecutive quarters to become eligible.
– OR must have completed 138 successfully dispatched loads (whichever comes first)
– Must maintain good standing in Fuel Buddy and remain compliant with documentation and communication standards

Contribution and Matching Structure

Drivers voluntarily contribute to their PTO fund, and CarrierDispatching.com offers the following quarterly matching structure:
– Standard Match: We match – $0.25 for every $1.00 contributed by driver (Total Value = $1.25)
– Veterans Match: We match – $0.50 for every $1.00 contributed by veteran (Total Value = $1.50)
– Matches applied at the end of each quarter based on eligibility

How Funds Can Be Used

– Funds can be withdrawn for any approved vacation or time-off period, funds withdrawal will be added to or deleted from drivers’ account. (fund amounts will go through carrierdispatching management approval)
– Up to 7 consecutive PTO days may be requested per quarter
– Drivers must notify dispatch and submit PTO requests 14 days in advance
– Emergency personal leave…max 4 days.. (with documentation & eligibility)

How to Enroll

Once eligibility is met, drivers will receive a formal invitation to join the Vacation & PTO Program. Contributions are voluntary and may be paused or adjusted quarterly. Matching is only available for actively dispatched drivers.
