At CarrierDispatching, we know every dollar matters when you’re running your own rig. That’s why we created the Fuel Buddy™ Program — a straightforward way to earn up to $675 cash back each quarter just for staying active, while our same-week freight factoring keeps your payouts moving as fast as your freight.
What Is Fuel Buddy™?
Fuel Buddy is a optional, performance-based fuel support program for professional drivers who run consistently…(minimum 3 loads per wk). It rewards clean, safe, reliable operations…no billing issues, good communication with dispatch and on time driving. It has a $450-$675…quarterly pay out incentive for drivers who run consistent loads with us…It’s our way of rewarding high-performing, loyal drivers that are in good standing. Fuel Buddy is intended to assist with fuel-related expenses and operational cash flow. Program details and terms may be updated from time to time and will be provided to the carrier.
How Drivers Qualify
Drivers become eligible getting dispatched for 3 full months with 2-3 loads per week. Soon as a driver/carrier completes 3 months of service, they can then notify dispatch of their interest in joining the program. Performance is evaluated during the quarter… weekly and monthly based on loads completed, delivery timing, good standing and billing status.
How Drivers Earn
Drivers who complete at least 36 loads in a quarter can earn up to $450 (no loads missed) in cash rewards. If a driver falls short by 1–4 loads, they’ll still earn a partial payout — with $25.00 deducted per missed load. Over 4 loads missed, the driver disqualifies, will be dis-enrolled and will have to wait until the start of the next quarter to be eligible.

How It’s Tracked
Fuel Buddy is based on actual performance data — like loads completed, dispatch frequency, and on-time paperwork. Drivers can request their Fuel Buddy progress at any time.
⚠️ Important Notes
Fuel Buddy payouts are performance-based and not guaranteed. Drivers who miss more than 4 loads in a quarter or fall out of good billing standing will not qualify for that quarter’s reward.
