Dispatching, we know… is not the easiest job in the world which is why we pay a 50% commission on all loads.
With it being commission-based, the more loads you secure for us the more you will be paid.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
You must have knowledge of loadboards such as: DAT, Truckstop, C.H. Robinson, 123Loadboard, as well as other CRMs. Good knowledge of PDF, Billing/Invoicing, BOL’s and other documents related to trucking delivering/pickups.
You must be able and willing to handle emergencies that can occur with the drivers while they are on the road.
You must know how to handle TONU/Layover situations.
Must have great phone etiquette and organizational skills.
Must know how to establish and negotiate the best rates possible with freight brokers.
EXPERIENCE:
You must have at least 2yrs. recent, and verifiable experience.
AVAILABILITY:
You must have an OPEN availability 8-10 hrs… 4-5 days per week.
