FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q1: Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can switch plans as your workload changes. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing week. Many drivers begin with percentage or per-load pricing and move to the flat weekly rate once they’re running consistent freight.
Q2: Do I need my own MC number?
Yes. You’ll need your own active MC and DOT numbers, insurance, and carrier packet to start dispatching with us. If you’re not sure where to begin, we can help walk you through setup at no extra charge.
Q3: No long-term contracts and no hidden fees. You only pay the rate you select, and you may cancel with notice at the end of a billing week. We believe in transparency and long-term relationships built on trust.
Q4: What types of loads do you dispatch?
We work with dry van, reefer, flatbed, hotshot, and box truck carriers. Tell us what equipment you run and your preferred lanes — we’ll match you with the best-paying freight in your range.
Q5: How soon can I start getting loads?
Most drivers are ready to roll within 24–48 hours after completing carrier setup. Once your paperwork is verified, we start booking loads immediately.
